Who we are

Data we collect
Contact form: name, phone, email, type of project, budget and message. Valuation form: contact details, address and features of the property, photos you add, intended timing and home-visit request. Alerts: name, phone and search criteria. Technical data: landing page and the ad that brought you. Measurement cookies: only on the valuation page, and only if you accept them.
What we use it for
To reply and follow your project, prepare the valuation you request and send it by WhatsApp or email, send the alerts you asked for and, if you accept, measure how well our ads perform. Your data is never sold or rented.
Do you have to provide it?
No law requires you to give us this information. Without a name and phone number, however, we cannot answer your request.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your request (reply and valuation), your consent (alerts, information messages, measurement cookies) and our legitimate interest in following ongoing files.
Who can access it
Only Salomon and Eytan Cohen, and our technical providers acting on our instructions: Netlify (hosting, USA), Google Firebase (database, servers in Europe), Twilio (WhatsApp messages, USA), Resend (emails, USA), Anthropic (help drafting the property analysis, without your name or phone) and, if you accept, Google Analytics and Meta. With your consent, we share your file with the lawyer or mortgage broker assisting you. These providers may be located outside Israel and the European Union and are bound by contractual data-protection safeguards.
How long we keep it
While your project is ongoing, then 3 years after our last contact. A valuation form started but not sent is deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data at any time (Israeli Privacy Protection Law, sections 13 and 14; and, if you live in the European Union, GDPR articles 15 to 21), withdraw your consent and object to our messages: just reply "STOP" on WhatsApp or write to us. You may also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or your local data-protection authority.
Security
Access to our tools is protected by personal accounts and all connections are encrypted. Property photos and the reports we send can only be opened through links that cannot be guessed.
Cookies
With your consent, through the banner shown when you arrive, cohen-nadlan.com and the valuation page use Google Analytics (audience measurement) and the Meta pixel (measuring our Facebook and Instagram ads). If you decline, none of these trackers is loaded; only technical storage remembers your language and your choice. You can change your mind at any time with the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is kept for 6 months.
